We strive to foster a warm, safe, inclusive environment for children and adults of all ages + abilities to strengthen their emotional health and wellbeing, understand how to manage stress, regulate their emotions, and boost self-esteem through yoga and mindfulness practices.

Yoga has been an invaluable part of my life for over 15 years, yet I frequently think what a difference it would have made in my life had I begun practicing as a child. That’s why my mission is to bring yoga to as many children, teachers, parents, and caregivers as I can.
